Ways I Can Support You

Navigating Neurodivergence

Living in a world built for neurotypical people can be exhausting. We can work together to understand the impact of masking and find sensory strategies that fit your unique brain.

Dismantling Shame and Guilt

Learn to challenge the harsh double standards you hold against yourself and pause the negative self talk. We can help you build lasting self-acceptance together.

Queer, Trans+ & GSRD Informed

A secure and culturally informed space where identity, lifestyle and relationship structures are respected. There's no need to educate me on your world, just how you experience it.

Client Feedback

"You remind me of my powers, and it feels uplifting in a very great way. Not only that, but you do it in a way that I can still feel my struggle without feeling like you are negating them with positive stuff. I like how attentive and present you are, I feel safe to express whatever I want to say. You’re great at validating my experience. "
"I’ve been working with Gareth for coming up on two years and he has been the most fantastic therapist to work with... He has also been invaluable in helping me not only understanding how to identify negative patterns that don’t serve me but also recognise and love the parts of myself I had not seen or taken for granted"
"You do a great job of being supportive and non judgemental, and are particularly helpful when it comes to queer life experiences, relationships and sexuality. I feel more equipped to deal with negative emotions, more understanding of my own behaviours and more sympathetic to the underlying cause of them."

About Me

I am queer, AuDHD and a BACP accredited Integrative Therapist with over 15 years of counselling experience. I have also been providing clinical supervision since 2025. My practice is built on compassion, curiosity and working together.

Before moving into private practice I led a city-wide mental health service and delivered targeted community and therapeutic support for young people and LGBTQ+ groups. Outside of therapy I love pop culture, music and American reality TV.
